About Me.
Hello All! My name is Julia Neff Moyer, and I am so excited to be starting my own event planning business - JNM Events. A little about me, I have been married for a little over four years now and have a precious baby boy. My husband and I moved here to Houston in August 2023 in hopes to keep building our family & pursuing our dream careers. As I've worked within the corporate world helping plan events for recruiting, informational session, and company retreats, I discovered I have a love and passion for planning. In my personal life I have enjoyed planning trips for my friends, assisting with weddings, and planning proposals & bachelorette parties. My passion for wedding planning has begun to take over my career and personal life and I am now more than ready to make it my own business.

I studied Human Development at Brigham Young University. I learned about the mental, social, emotional, and physical development from conception to aging. I loved my studies as I gained a fascination with growth and psychology. Through my experience at BYU, I learned that in order for us to create lasting memories and connections, it is crucial to create environments where others feel welcomed and appreciated. It is my goal with your event, whether it be your wedding, birthday, or corporate recruiting night, I will help your guests feel treasured.
2021-2022
University Recruiting Coordinator
A.M.S & Goldman Sachs
After I graduated from Brigham Young University I was provided a job opportunity to work as a contingent coordinator with Alexander Mann Solutions for their client Goldman Sachs. In this role, I worked with the Goldman Sachs University Relations Team creating marketing material, coordinating with vendors, budgeting, and assisting in recruiting and networking events for a variety of universities throughout the United States. Recruiters would tell me their vision for an event and I would execute their vision so all they had to do was attend.
Some of my highlight events included a career weekend at University of Texas at Dallas, Princeton & Goldman Sachs Women's Dinner, and a Networking Night with Goldman Sach's CEO and Board Members at Harvard University. During my time there I coordinated over 100 events virtually and across the United States within a 6 month timeframe.
2022 - 2024
Operations Assistant
Lumio HX, Inc.
Although I loved my time with Goldman Sachs, my husband and I decided to start our family so I had to find a job that had less travel involved so that I would be able to safely care for myself and child throughout my pregnancy. As an operations specialist at Lumio I have planned and budgeted company retreats, week long selling blitz's, and company competitions. My time with Lumio has helped me expand my analytic thinking skills so that events and systems are affordable, efficient, and effective.
